I scheduled a dentist appointment for a cleaning of my teeth at Gentle Dental in Yeadon. I was told that I needed my filing redone because of decay on the side so I rescheduled an appointment to do the filing. Hours after I left the dentist office, my mouth immediately started to hurt. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the treatment I received during my recent visit. This was my second appointment, and unfortunately, it will be my last due to several serious concerns regarding safety and professional conduct. During the procedure, standard safety protocols were not followed; specifically, neither I nor the staff were provided with protective eyewear. Dr. Ronald Creecy is an AWESOME Dentist. He’s very informative, kind, knowledgeable about his profession & cares about his patients comfortability. He did not have to numb me & was able to work on my teeth with a thorough job. The dentist office is very clean & the staff are welcoming. I recommend this office to whomever is in need of a dentist. I am very pleased with today’s visit.
Costumer service was excellent. The Dr. and staff were very efficient and kind.
