Divinity lived up to the name Gentle Dental. She was patient and kind while taking my X-rays!! My mouth is too small for the adult sized bite plate so she had her colleague retake all of the many X-rays using the child sized bite plate. Something a competitor dental office did not do. I am new to Tehachapi and have found my new dentist.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dr. Kym and her team of rockstars at Gentle Dental Tehachapi deserve five stars and then some! I am genuinely terrified of going to the dentist, so making a nervous patient like me feel comfortable is no small accomplishment. Wow, the service I received was great—everyone was very friendly. The person who performed my exams was very professional, and the doctor was incredibly kind and sweet. The person who did my cleaning was a sweetheart, and the service was excellent. I give this place a 100% rating.
My whole experience with this dental office has been extremely stressful. When my hawley retainer broke back in May I tried making an appointment with their office and since their orthodontist is only in the office once a month the closest appointment I could make was in June. Now it’s August and I have crooked teeth while still needing to wait at least 2 more weeks to get the retainer i’ve been asking for because they don’t know what to do now that my teeth are crooked from not being able to use my retainer for months.
