A rinse was put into my mouth without consent. I thought she applied it as part of the cleaning, and then was told at the front desk that I was being charged $35 x 4, for each "quadrant" which would not be covered by insurance. I had already said that if fluoride was not covered, I did not want it. I was already asked to come in 2 hours early for the hygienist's convenience, and she left before I had the confrontation with the front desk, so I couldn't question her.
