Been going here for years. I’ve had extensive work done…aaaaannd I have dental anxiety. Staff here is friendly, professional, does great work and just overall is nice. Everyone.
YOU MUST ASK FOR A PRINTOUT AND THEN ASK THEM EXPLAIN ALL THE DETAILS. They are busy office and the ladies are very nice. Yet, they do not offer information to the patient. They assume everyone knows what they know. However, when you ask for the information letting them know you have know idea what the visit entails, what insurance covers, the patients portion and ask for a printout for all the details they are very helpful.
