Pretty sure this place is just an insurance scam. Schedule a first time appointment clearly specifying “routine checkup and cleaning” multiple times, only to spend an hour on x rays then be told they apparently don’t have room for a cleaning. So you have to schedule another appointment for the thing you already clearly told them you were there for.
