The hygienist hit a nerve 3 times, sprayed something on.my gums without asking first if I wanted it, still not sure what it was. Also she seemed to mistake me for a different patient, saying “the last time you were here I told you….” This was my first visit ever for a cleaning as a new patient. She spoke with very heavy Russian accent, and when I was checking out the receptionist said something about a laser treatment and I told her I didn’t know what she was talking about. At Gentle Dental everyone treats you with kindness and respect. I really appreciate the work ethic and dedication of everyone Ive interacted with there. The front desk staff is very attentive and the dentists are very gentle with their procedures.
