My regular cleanings have always been good. However, every time I go I am presented with upcharges that are presented as fact instead of optional, or they try to upgrade me to products & services I didn't request--even before the dentist has any first hand knowledge of my teeth. It always feels like a bait & switch or that I'm part of a product incentive program. It's happened enough even though I've discussed it either them that my trust is broken.
