Poor service. No follow up. Poor communication.
I’m pretty new to this practice but so far so good. I did have some discomfort with drilling in a back molar. Dr. Peterson gave me significant numbing med but it wasn’t as effective as I expected. Hopefully that was a one off and next time needed it will work as expected.

During a filling the Dentist was pressing down on my lower jaw with her tools hard enough to make me choke and unable to breathe. The assistant kept poking her suction tube down my throat making me gag multiple times. Neither of them said sorry nor acknowledged my discomfort all the while telling me to wait a little bit longer. The dentist seemed annoyed by my discomfort rather than showing humanity and acknowledging that she had been pressing down on my jaw causing me to choke.
