Place tries to upsell like you're getting your oil changed. Would not let me opt for the regular insurance covered cleaning until I purchased their deluxe cleaning. Shady
Dr Lin and staff are all very wonderful . I had the best experience in a dental office thanks to the amazing team of Dr Lin . Dr Lin erased my phobia/ anxiety apprehension whatever u may call it when going to see a dentist. Dr Lin explained step by step and does in a non judgmental manner, with a great sense of humor that eases your heart and mind. He is quick and attentive to the whole process . Gentle Dental Reno Northwest by far is the best dental office I have ever been to! The staff is very efficient and extremely nice. The Dentist is excellent and checks with you throughout the procedures and explains in detail what hes doing and why. No pain and 2 fillings. Not only that I walked right in no appointment or wait they seamlessly squeezed me in to the workflow.
