At first I was very impressed with this facility and how Dr. Harman-Kaur was so attentive. I had received a treatment plan and before my last session I received a cancellation saying no one would be in the office that day as far as a doctor and they would callback to reschedule. I never got a callback and called their office to find out they no longer had a doctor onsite and that I had to call Medi-Cal to find another provider and new location. I am a new patient to this office and I was a bit skeptical as they had some bad reviews. Once I arrived I was greeted as I walked in and everyone was super friendly and a sweet. The office is super clean and welcoming. The staff was very considerate to my needs and understanding to the pain i was in due to a broken tooth. The staff was very patient when explaining everything to me. The only con is waiting for the insurance to approve treatments. I will definitely be using this office for my future dental needs.

Both my husband and I recently went to Gental Dental for a deep cleaning and filling. I had a great experience with all the staff. Everyone is extremely nice and respectful. The dentist is really so gentle and caring. The office is clean and the receptionist is so nice and very helpful, she does a great job working with your schedule to make an appointment. I wouldn't look anywhere else for a dentist.

CAUTION: scheduled an emergency root canal specifically. Drove an hour the next day to find out they don’t even do root canals. Now I have to wait another day for another dentist appointment in excruciating pain. WILL be reporting to board of dentistry and my insurance plan.
