I have been with Gentle Dentle on Los Alamos for several years. I am very happy with their knowledge and expert care of my dental needs. The staff is very friendly, flexible and efficient from arrival to check out and scheduling future appointments. All questions difficult, complex, or easy are always answered in complete detail with clear communication and two way understanding. X-rays don’t hurt my small mouth. Very professional. Friendly reception. Warm and efficient x-ray technicians. Straightforward DDS. Full-disclosure and transparent advocate as to expected steps to be taken next. Downside: quite loud pipe-in music mostly of wind and percussion instruments. It would be nice if they use the low ambient, fluid sounds to help patients calm down as they await treatment. patient rooms are also open and close to each other - could hear the private conversations.
