The staff at Gentle Dental are friendly and helpful. I mentioned that my gum line is a bit sensitive to Mandy the hygienist and she used a gentle setting to ease the discomfort which I really appreciated. Doctor Sales had never seen me before but was able to spot a new issue and get me the referral I needed on the same day. Just a great practice to work with!
The service was absolutely amazing. I loved everybody there. They were so kind and honestly so helpful. I don’t have insurance right now and they helped me out so much. They have a great special going on right now for new patients definitely returning for service services
Dental assistant said I had to get 2 teeth abstraction which was wrong. Front desk Rep said I owed $600 which was wrong as I paid $300 in advance. With a torn rotator cuff I was sitting in the dental chair for 2 1/2 hours before I was worked on. Dr did not know what was going on with my case before he came in and had to leave out twice before he understood my situation. I hope it will be better next time I have an appointment. I was exhausted when I got home.
