First off I would like to say I had zero issues with you when it came to my child’s care so this is just about my care. This is about not getting my copay back. They outsourced all of the call center type stuff. You cannot call the the front desk for anything. My tooth issues were very unique and I needed to speak to someone actually in the office. The operator had a thick heavy accent and had to play the middleman to relay my information to the actual front desk here in mililani. Needless to say, when I finally came in for my appointment they didn't have any of my information correct? And I wasted time because I ended up having to be referred out to a different specialist.
