My experience with Dr D was great. And staff. Dr. D is professional, knowledgeable with a great bedside manner.... very caring on her approach. Gentle is perfect for her. Unfortunately the billing department makes things very difficult with frequent inconsistencies of balance and credits. I believe from this point forward, I'll get pre authorization
First appointment with Gentle Dental. They were very professional, explained my treatment plan in detail, and had appointments available within a reasonable time. The office was very clean and modern also.
Awesome as usual
I went to get my teeth cleaned last Wednesday August 12th, 2026. I have tartar on my wisdom teeth coming off in chunks and it's Sunday morning. I told them this in an email on Thursday. No one answered. I'm contacting them and my insurance to stop payment until this is fixed. No men work in this office. EDIT: I went back in and the issue was fixed to my complete satisfaction. Recommended but with attention paid to details.
