nfortunately, the filling I received from Justin has now fallen out twice, which has been incredibly frustrating. During my first appointment, the procedure felt rushed because it was close to lunch. I felt like the dentist was eager to finish up, and the receptionist was already waiting in the room to usher me out to pay so they could leave for lunch. I was extremely nervous about getting work done, since it had been years since I’d seen a dentist. Everyone at Gentle Dental put me at ease, and made sure I felt no shame with my fears. Gentle is exactly how they were from making appointments, communication with staff, billing explanations, and the dental work itself easing any pain that I felt. Will definitely recommend.
Always had major issues with other dentist. This was the best experience I've ever had. No pain. Awesome front staff.curtious compassionate doctor and assistant. Everything was explained .
Gentle Dental staff are very accommodating and knowledgeable. My recent visit for a crown and filling was reasonably priced. The dental team explained everything thoroughly and I didn't feel a thing. I recommend their lacey office if you are needing a good dentist/ ortho/ surgeon team all in one.
