I never even got to go to the dentist because they cancelled my appointments twice. Both times saying they were understaffed and couldn’t take me in. I took days off work for both of these appointments & an hour before my appointment I get a call saying I can’t come in. Hire more reliable people. Unacceptable & extremely unprofessional.
I dread the dentist and have had several awful experiences leading to me putting off visits for years. They made me feel very comfortable and confident about making a plan to move forward with care. Thank you!
My dental experience today was very unique. The dentist was very knowledgeable and explained every aspect of the dental procedure to me. Very nice and conducive environment and I would recommend anyone looking for a dentist to consider them.
