This was my first visit to Gentle Dental. The front staff was very welcoming, helpful. My wait time in the lobby was extremely brief. The dental assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable in her field. Once the X-rays were completed, my wait for the dentist was also was extremely brief. I think I had just taken a sip of my water and there he was. He took his time, explained everything, provided a mirror on multiple occasions so that I could have a visual of what he was explaining. Very prompt, friendly, and professional.
The front desk and dental staff were very kind. There is a long wait time before and after appointments but well worth it for the wonderful service!
