I wish I can give less than this. I made it clear what appointment I need-they never put me on correct specialist. I ended up have to call out my work extra days. The front desk ALWAYS try to do EXTRA x-ray or so. When I check with doctor, they confirmed I don’t. They give me attitude about me being late 3-5 mins late due to their parking lot construction but I always wait at the lobby 20-30mins.
