The staff was very professional. Did not have to wait long.
Appointment was at 10, it's 11 now. I came early, figured there'd be paperwork and there was. Will revise when I'm finally seen. Called the number on the reply, it's just their regular number and automated attendant. It's now been 1.5 hours and I'm walking out.
