Gentle Dentle says it all. From the front reception girls to wonderful Dr. ALI and her assistant I felt cared about and not just a number. They explain everything clearly and with a professionalism and kindness. I have many bad experiences with dentists and was nervous but this quickly changed once your in their care. Fantastic Dentist. Highly recommend Staff at reception greated us so warmly. My children were spoken to with so much kindness and consideration by the dental staff . They also have an area for small children to play and coffee for adults. Seriously how above a beyond. thank so much
1st visit with my son who has general anxiety. The ladies at reception are fabulous, organised, professional and friendly. The clinic has a calm vibe. The dentist was equally as calm and chilled. First impressions were excellent.
Arriving at Gentle Dental, I was greeted by a professional and friendly receptionist. I was offered a choice of cold drinks, as well as tea and coffee. The waiting room was inviting and comfortable, with pleasant background music. They also have a small room designed for children, featuring bean bags, chairs, and a desk. The service was prompt, the price was good. I could not fault the care provided. It’s my go to place for all my dental needs.
First visit today and I was so impressed with the practice, the reception area is far best reception I have encountered and the reception staff super friendly and immediately I felt at ease. Dr Josh was very thorough and explained everything to me as well as showing me the x-rays and photos taken. I have another appointment in two weeks and as someone who normally has an aversion to dentists am not stressing at all about it.
