The dentist here are great at what they do. However the front office staff is absolutely horrible! My son had some dental work done there after the front office confirmed that the insurance coverage was in good order for the work that needed to be done. Weeks later I get a call from their front office saying I had a cover the amount that the insurance would not pay. Has we known the insurance would not cover the work we would have kept looking for a different dentist office. We file a grievance with the insurance company to ... read more
