Awesome experience! Dr. Sham made my tooth extraction smooth and easy, explaining everything so clearly. Kim, his dental assistant, is super sweet and calming, she instantly puts you at ease. And Stephanie at the front desk is so friendly and welcoming! Love this team!
Amazing experience
I had a great experience at my appointment with Dr. Sham and Kim at Gentle Dental. Everyone is very kind and accommodating and the office is run super efficiently. Also convenient that they have weekend appointments. I would definitely recommend this office!
Dr. Sham is a wonderful doctor and cares about his patients. He doesn't rush when he is working and always ask if you are doing OK. And Ms. Kim is an excellent assistant. Who makes sure you are very well taken care of. The main reason I come here is because of these two wonderful people. If you need a dentist, this is definitely the place to come to. P.S.: When he is giving me my needle, I feel no pain. I love it.
