There were a lot of people in the waiting room when I arrived but, considering I was a new patient, I didn’t expect to be seen right away.I was given the usual forms to fill out then was seen relatively quickly. The technician taking the x-rays was fast and friendly. Next someone did measurements of my gums. I was expecting to have to make another appointment for a cleaning, but they had an opening 40 minutes later. I decided to wait and the cleaning was done quickly and efficiently.
Would be more stars but both times I ve been there, I ve been called back 30 plus mins AFTER my appt time. They need to speed things up or stop double booking so much.
For a dentist’s waiting room, I get turning the TV on to distract from the drilling sounds, but turning it on to a an amateur rap battle was not it. Maybe put on planet earth, or something more chill please
I enjoy visits to this office! It’s an upbeat , positive place! I’m satisfied with the dental work! Only one complaint… it’s freezing in their office!
