My Mother-In-Law has been going to this dentist for months. They left her without teeth for two months...then say it will take another month or so to get the bridge done. Sketchy!!!
This is the dentist office my parents and my child have been used for years. I wanted to give a five star because they are really very caring and professional to their patients. My dad encountered a complicated case on some of his teeth because of his age. Dr Feng and the office receptionist really have taken good care of him. Sometimes Dr Feng’s front desk lady spent 20 minutes on the phone with me to guide me how to contact the specialist and how to negotiate for my dad’s referral. Prices are fine but the staff and dental doctor were careless as they cleaned my teeth and equipment needed to be updated along with the fact that the whole place smells like medicine very strongly. And I’m pretty sure they’re not suppose to spray your whole face with water or water board you with cleaning your teeth.
My mom went in for a root canal on her back molar, and left saying that her tooth "felt weird". She was told it was normal and would subside in a few days. It was then discovered to have been infected from the procedure and she needed to have two molars removed a few months later at another clinic. Then my siblings and I went in for a teeth cleaning; however, the dentist individually prodded us so much, we all left tasting blood for a whole day with our teeth looking like it was lined crimson by a red fountain pen.
