Had this appointment scheduled last week for a tooth chip repair. Took a day off today thinking they are going to fix the small chip on the top of my tooth. Instead the dentist looked at my tooth for less than 5 min, explained the plan, says see you next time, and walked away. I was like..oh wait see you next time?!? Dental asst explained it is never done on same day they examine..will be scheduled next time..it needs more time.. short staffed today..etc. that would have been ok except that - NONE of that was communicated to... read more
