Another perfect visit. Thanks Dr Ford! Been coming here for years. Terrific service all the way around. They have a new Dentist at the office, Dr Ford. Probably the best dentist I’ve been to. I really like that he was straight to the point and explained everything. When it came time to do my crown he was gentle, fast and made the experience so much more tolerable. Once again, Great job!
I will say the dental staff is amazing and so welcoming! However I have no idea why they have a recepitionist who is this unhelpful and looks like she doesn't want to be there. I thought it was just the morning I interacted with her yet when I called to notify them the tempe office they refered me to doesn't accept my insurance she said " what do you want me to do about it " maybe find an office that accepts me?
