I had Invisalign done at Gentle Dental Waltham, as well as regular cleanings, checkups, etc. They have been great; I feel as though I am in good hands. A shout out to Dr. Girschek, Jenny, and Olivia, all of whom have been personable, professional, and accommodating. Thanks for your great work!

First of all I had to wait for my initial appointment for one full hour in my car (they don’t let people wait in the waiting area due to Covid I assume). I called several times to check on the status of my appointment. Eventually I was let In and the doctor apologized and said they didn’t know I was on the books. i have had several procedures at gentle dental. and each person who has treated me has been excellent. i have avoided the dentist for many years and it has been a relaxing and pain free experience.

Not a good human, let alone a Dentist. He and his staff at Gentle Dental Waltham denied their service stating they are not a part of Cigna HMO plan. Whereas- 1. They are listed under "In-Network" for my cigna plan. 2. I asked about the insurance coverage before making the appointment with them. My insurance provides free dental cleaning once a year. 3. They started the procedure saying Dental Cleaning is covered by my insurance. But after taking x-rays, they said I have HMO plan and they cover only PPO. And asked me if I wan... read more

I am currently undergoing Invisalign treatment with Dr. Girschek. He carefully listened to my aesthetic concerns, as this is an aesthetic procedure. I will be able to review a mock up of the finished results. Dr. Girschek has insured me that I will be happy with the result or will keep changing things until I am.
