Stay away from this place. The billing practices are abhorrent. In late 2023, I received surprise bills for services I had completed in 2021. The amounts they were charging me were in excess of what my insurance allowed. I was also charged for seeing a provider on visits where I just went for a cleaning and never even saw a dentist! The office would recommend services and then not tell me ahead of time that my insurance wouldn’t cover them. On time appointments, friendly personable staff.
Stacy is an amazingggg hygienist who is super sweet and thorough! Received genuine and good care from her :D Gone here for yearrrsss and years and they get the job done and are friendly!
I had the best experience at the Holland Rd location. Dr. Z explained everything to me. I have never had a dentist that took the time to explain my options. His staff put me at ease right away. I highly recommend this location.
