Hands down, THE ABSOLUTE BEST to go! The staff are extremely friendly. The dentist's are the opposite of experiences I've had with all the ones before and bring truth to the name "Gental Dental." - I found them after being advised by my dentist at "Nampa smiles" that the tooth pain I was having was not from a cracked tooth and not an infection. Wonderful experience for both adults, and children. They made my kiddos super comfortable, and even joked around with them. :)
I just love these folks. It first started out that we were taking my father here. He lived with me for 3 years before he passed. They just treated him excellent in every way, shape and form. Then I have now started going. I love the atmosphere. I love the front desk folks. I love the hygienist and I love the dentist all or just positive, wonderful, good people that do an awesome job. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else

Unfortunately, I am updating my review after receiving a very unprofessional voicemail from this office. For context, we missed one appointment due to a family emergency. Prior to this, we had not missed any appointments. The initial voicemail regarding the missed visit was reasonable; however, the caller failed to hang up, and we were able to hear additional comments that were clearly not meant for us.
