Dr. McDonald is a fantastic dentist! I give him 5 stars. He is so personable. He’s honest, caring, funny, and gentle. That being said, I moved to Nampa eighteen years ago from the Midwest and I saw Dr.McDonald up until a few months ago. It’s due to the rudeness that one of the office staff who answered the phone was with me. It wasn’t the first time, but it was the last. I recently booked an appointment at this site to get a wisdom tooth checked out. The first receptionist I spoke to was lovely and got me set up with an appointment the next morning, which I was enthused about. I received a call a short time later stating that I was booked in an unavailable time slot and needed to call back to reschedule to the next time slot that would be 30 minutes later.
