Exceptional service and excellent staff! Dr. Ohri-Parikh and her staff are the best by far. I have been coming to Dr. Ohri-Parikh office since 2009 and would not think of going anywhere else. With a name like, "Gentle Dental" I thought this would have been one of those dentist offices who may have selected a name to lure their patients in to give below average service. Outstanding dental care professionals! The Doctors and support staff are kind, caring, friendly and professional. The entire staff treats you like family. My wife and I have been going to Gentle Dental for over ten years and would never consider going anywhere else. From semi-annual cleanings to crowns, every concern is always addressed properly and professionally. We have never had a bad experience. Mark G.

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. When they call themselves Gentle Dental, they are not kidding. Best dental care I've ever had with no pain afterward.
