I was really surprised with the receptionist's etiquette this week. Every clinic has a code of ethics that all staff members should follow. my mother had scheduled an appointment over the phone for Wednesday and when she showed up it was cancelled and the receptionist said she had made the appointment for Tuesday. I am pretty sure she would know when she made her own appointments. I feel that the receptionist didn't put her appointment in on the correct day. The female dentist was AWESOME!!! She took very good care of me, as well as her assistant. I found this office through my company's website… made my appointment and had several appointments back to back. Once the bills started coming in I was coded as “out of net-work”. I called the office and was told the dentist I was seeing was not technically "in-network" but would be very soon. (Hundreds and hundreds of dollars later!) Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
