I was really surprised with the receptionist's etiquette this week. Every clinic has a code of ethics that all staff members should follow. my mother had scheduled an appointment over the phone for Wednesday and when she showed up it was cancelled and the receptionist said she had made the appointment for Tuesday. I am pretty sure she would know when she made her own appointments. I feel that the receptionist didn't put her appointment in on the correct day. Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
