The staff at this office is the worst. They rush patients threatening to cancel scheduled appointment if you do not adher to their dictates. An impression was made to make a partial for one tooth. The partial does not fit properly and cuts into gums. Either the impression taken by some lady was not proper or the lab erred in the production of this partial. Great first impressions! From Julie’s good morning “WELCOME” to Shy’s escorting me out to reception to finalize next visit, and in between with Dr. Olsun’s checkup exam and Vanessa’s Intake & X-ray skills, this Dental experience was as pleasant as it gets! Can’t wait to see them all again … well, that’s a bit of a stretch, but you get what I’m saying.
