Hygientist was knowledgable, friendly and competent
Easily the worst interaction I’ve had with a healthcare professional. Firstly, I want to thank Emmanuel, who was the dental assistant during my visit. Thank you for making sure I was comfortable, and taking the time to explain my x-rays to me. I really appreciate it. I cannot say the same about Dr. Nisha. Your behavior and the things you claimed were appalling. The people there were not personable, especially the dentist and the hygienist. They made me feel like they were just checking a box. They said little to nothing to me and made me feel like they were just crossing something off their list.
