Dentist and front desk are very friendly
Just needed a tooth filed so I wouldn't bite my cheek and they took care of it rite away.
Felicia does a really great job trying to resolve any issues I’ve had with my kids’ braces. She’s always kind, patient, and does everything she can to make things right. It’s just frustrating that her boss doesn’t seem to get back to her — or to me. Felicia clearly cares and does her best, but it would be nice if her manager actually followed up. If she doesn’t respond to her own employees, it’s no surprise she doesn’t respond to customers either.
I brought in a relative last week and have to say — Felicia at the front desk was fantastic. She was friendly, patient, and made the whole check-in and check-out process super easy. It’s rare to see someone handle a busy office with that much calm and kindness. Definitely appreciated her professionalism and great attitude!
