Awesome visit…friendly staff…thorough exam…happy I chose this practice.
I was a customer here for years and had no complaints with the typical processes. Cleanings, billing, etc, was all fine service. However, after my most recent visit I was counseled to pursue a procedure/sleep test while I was at the office. Upon further investigation, I had questions as to why the dentist was suggesting a sleep test and how it would help address my problem. Fast forward 1 month, 4 outbound calls, 2 left voicemails, and a handful of texts later where I was informed I'd get a call back from the dentist... and ... read more
Great people at gentle dental, I always get nervous going to the dentist but the staff here is really nice and makes the experience not as scary.
Gentle Dental Arts is amazing! Dr. Larsen provides the best care; he is kind and attentive, and he is the most wonderful dentist for patients afraid of needles. Every hygienist I have worked with has been fabulous, and all of the office staff are professional and friendly. I have been going to this office for years and have always been very happy with the services provided.
