Honestly a really nice experience loved the Drs vibe the staff were really polite was in n out fast with no questions will be back:).
Unprofessional front desk. They call you 3 mins before your appointment to tell you they just realized they don’t take your insurance. Drove an hour in the heat for this appointment booked months ago. Super unorganized. Go somewhere else.
Terrible experience. Waited 1 hr 20 min in a dentists chair, didn’t get the doctor I had an appointment with, and they asked me four times who my insurance was and four times I told them cash pay. Also, the dentist I finally did see (for less than 5 minutes) said it was her first day. It was very chaotic in general. Also I noticed that the front desk still had glue from a missing kickplate that was in the same state 2+ years ago. This has no impact on the skills of their dentists but it does speak to their management skills.
Everybody was very friendly. Ive have an infected tooth. Will need to go back. The Xray process I did not like. Of all the latest and greatest technology you would think that sticking a piece of equipment into your mouth that is larger than the mouth cavity, would be much smaller and appropriate. My only complaint at this time
I do not make it a habit to knock down businesses but spare yourself the trouble. Do not come here. I had an appt w a Dr and they did not have one there or available for 2 weeks?! No heads up. Front desk has changed ever time I’ve been there. I showed up for the appt and they said oh no sorry we do not have a dentist here today 🤦🏼♀️ and that’s just one of the many miscommunications w them. They really do not have their acts together or a solid team.
