I want to take a minute to commend the service I received from Erica Cova, RDH that works at the McGrath Highway, Somerville Ma. location. I had my teeth cleaned by her. She is such a loving and caring person and that reflects in the quality of her workmanship. She made me feel right at home and she should be nicknamed, Gentle Erica! Thank you Erica for your great service!!!
EDIT: The front office was able to fix my issue! It's a shame that the office is pulling billing BS because otherwise my service was nice. The advertised $57 new patient deal is subject to a number exceptions, including if you *use your insurance*. My bill is now $300+ for the exact same services as the deal because of this hard to find fine print. I DO NOT recommend because of their front office shenanigans.

Terrible customer service at this location mis-information regarding costs and then subsequent bills not covered by insurance. No responsibility taken when informed as well as no callback when enquiring about charges. Would recommend staying away from this location not at all professional
Dr. Jangam is amazing. I haven't felt comfortable smiling in years, especially the last year because of a cavity that left a stain on my front teeth. But, Dr. Jangam is a miracle worker and an artist, and now my teeth look great and I can smile again. Gentle Dental Somerville so far has been great with communication. Very nice and helpful. Dr. Jangam is fantastic. Definitely recommend a visit.
Recommendedeveryone is so friendly and comforting making you feel at ease. All staff were new to me , but I felt very comfortable with all of them .They explain things to you and encourage you and puts your mind at ease that all is going to be ok. I would highly recommend them .😊
I am here visiting visiting and I had an appt at a dentist in Indianapolis, IN (where I live) at the end of the week, but my tooth pain spiked tremendously. I was in tears. Amanda was so nice worked me in the next day. I called the next morning explaining how much pain I was in and was able to move my appt from 1 to 10:30. The offending tooth was pulled and I was on my way in less than an hour. Seriously Amanda was so kind and helpful. The dentist and staff were all extremely nice and GENTLE! 5 stars all the way!
I strongly recommend Gentle Dental in Somerville such professionalism all the way around service one requires is awesome. I sincerely mean that I'm not a dental person, but this particular place really are concerned about the patients from the beginning to the end.
Excellent care and positive energy ! Dr. Han is wonderful ! Dr. Fessler will be missed . The entire staff is great !
