From my experience they are reliable and trustworthy. However, the agency does not appear to be very well organized to handle exceptions. If your Home Health Aide is sick or tells you they will be taking a vacation I have never had the agency provide a replacement without some degree of problems and have never had them provide a replacement on the same schedule as your regular aid... read more
