I love Gentle Care. Dr. Stevens and her staff have been caring for my fur babies for more than 10yrs now. Everyone I have referred there have also loved it. I'd never go to any other vet. Their name says it all. Gentle Care.
Made the appointment to get shots for my 2 cats, was told specifically there would be no exam fee, just the charge for shots. Guess what over $100 for the exam fee. Was told the girl was new that made the appointment... very poor service, other vets in the area will be seeing my cats. Hope the $100 was worth it, you lost a customer.
Failed to remove large piece of hard plastic stuck in my dogs mouth and embedded in her gums. Sent for emergency scope where nothing was found. My vet found the plastic in less than 5 minutes. When I complained, the office staff argued with me and did not accept responsibility for not finding the foreign object that my dog was brought in for. My dog suffered for a week.
I love Dr Pearson! He was caring and knowledgable with my elderly dog, Sandy! Thanks Dr Pearson!
Thanks for watching and taking such excellent care of the girls (Maddie & Katie) while we were at the beach! You guys & gals are simply awesome sauce :)
