I have been waiting on a doctor to call me back with results with a serious condition and it’s been since May and no response back with an appointment. This place has been going down since Dr. Beto Lopez delivered my son in 2009. Why do I have to come and make a review for this office to now want to show concern. This is horrible!
This Place Has Been The Best Ob/Gyn I Have Been To. Throughout My Entire Pregnancies, They Were So Helpful and The Sweetest Employees! Check In, Wait Time and Being Seen By The Doctor is Always Conventient. From The Moment You Walk In The Door, Everyone Greets You & Has Great Energy. && The Ultrasound Room is So Cozy Clean And Beyond Comfortable; It's Like A Hotel Room. 10/10 Highly Recommend ☺️
Zero stars if I could!! Do not recommend!!! They will not refund me my money!! Due to medical complications a whole month before my due date, it was UNSAFE for me give birth at their center. I was recommend to give birth at the hospital. The money hungry owner, Nelson Posada, refuses to refund my money. Instead he offers me a ‘store credit’. I just had my second baby at Gentle over labor day weekend and I highly recommend it for mamas looking to have a calm & supportive natural birth. The facilities are great, the staff is kind and helpful. I had Christy as a midwife and Crystal as her assistant during the birth (and pretty much in all of my check-ups) and they were both great people. Very kind, attentive, and in tune with my needs. This place is terrible.I would NOT recommend anyone go here. I’m glad I was accepted late in my pregnancy at another practice. I saw all the signs on my 1 and only appointment with them. Which btw they have consistently tried billing me outside of my insurance for random test I have no idea what they are for. Dirty facility. They put you on a large bed for ultrasound that the previous person had just laid on. A literal bed lol then they do this unimpressive tour of the birth center.
