I cannot recommend Gentle Beast Floral enough! Kai and Suzanne provided the best customer service from start to finish, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. If there were 10 more stars I’d rate them that high. Placed an order yesterday, it was delivered today and the arrangement was absolutely stunning. My sister loved it so much. And the service was outstanding. Thank you for making her birthday a little more extra special!
These are probably the most beautiful bouquets in Hawaii. With bunches or in a container, absolutely stunning! The first time I got a bunch, I still had flowers 10 days later, which is really unusual in Hawaii. I got a bunch once and a couple of flowers were not looking so good two days later so I let them know and they immediately replaced the bouquet. Would definitely use over and over again and recommend
Gentle Beast provided an exceptional product for our wedding day. The center piece and bouquet arrangements were beautiful, with great attention to detail, and everything matched our theme perfectly. They were timely with setup and delivery, which took a lot of stress out of our day. A few small adjustments during initial communications could’ve made it perfect, but overall, we were very happy and would recommend their services!
