Gentle Air was recommended by Mitsubishi along with a few others. Someone called me back right away and we made an appointment. He arrived on time and reviewed the equipment. He had all the right tools and spent a lot of time reviewing everything. He even had a scale to measure the exact lbs of freon which was fantastic. I highly recommend Gentle air, they are honest, hard working and have a fair price.
