Wonderful and consistent staff. The experience was amazing from start to beginning. Attentive to our need’s especially as they changed over time.
Staff is great, consults within 30 minutes and admits within 3 hours.
Called on June 28 for my MIL and was told that they would have a nurse come out to evaluate MIL. Nothing that day nor the next. Called again and got nothing but excuses. Short staffed, blah blah blah. Needed them and they failed. Had to take her to ER and went back under Dr care for a short time and ended up using a different hospice service. MIL passed on June 30. Would not recommend this company at all.
Thank you to all nurses & staff for taking good care & being there for my mom librada cano from stanton texas ...you all are amazing & God bless you ...also thank you for the sympathy card .
