I first want to say this hospice company is overall amazing! (At first, there were some snags with the equipment being delivered on time upon discharge from hospital- but I do know -with my previous experience prior to this- it’s not the fault of the hospice company as they rely on a third party for that.) Gentiva was a horrible experience that I don’t wish on anyone. Please don’t place your loved ones under their care if you don’t have to. If you have the opportunity to go with a different company, please do. When the problem start at the top…Lindsay is the worst. She is rude, lacks communication skills, bedside manners, and she has no regards for doctor’s orders. They were nice and first. Don't trust these people with your loved ones. The only thing they care about is the almighty dollar. I had a wonderful nurse at first from Jamaica and then I ended up with some rude woman that felt like she could tell patients what to do That's not how that works. She would talk to her boyfriend the whole time during our visits and root through her bag for whatever. I think her name was Angelique but she was awful. No business being a hospice nurse she has no caring in her soul whatsoever.

The staff at Gentiva are compassionate and dedicated to providing the highest level of care with empathy and dignity. Angela, Lindsay, and Christina are all great assets to the company.
