Fantastic company! Ive met many of the workers there and Larissa is super compassionate and loving to the people she works with. 5 stars all day for Larissa!

Spokane Gentiva has some amazing nurses and some amazing bath aids. They work hard to make sure that the patient is comfortable as possible, clean and happy as they can be. The nurses, Dr Shon and nursing staff always seemed to be open to family and caretakers suggestion on medication. Nurse Angela, Nurse Sammi, Nurse Heidi and bath-aide Noemí are totally AWESOME ASSETS to this company. Gentiva loses TWO STARS on my review for the employing the useless social worker Larissa Hagman. My experience with Gentiva Hospice was beautiful. My mom was so cared for in the most loving way. Not only did the team care for my mom, but they also made sure I was taking care of myself as well. They explained everything that was happening during her transition, and answered all my questions. Thank you for helping me during this most devastating time of my families life.

They do not deserve any stars. DO NOT USE THIS HOSPICE-unless you want the person to suffer. They do not care about people at all. I think they’re in it for the money. They acted like my father was a drug seeker and let him suffer in pain. The chaplain told my father his first visit would be in a month-he was dying quickly. The on call nurse told us my dad had “fluff” on him. He should have been 160 but was maybe 90 and looked like a skeleton. Horrible does not begin to touch on how awful they all were. We had kindred hospice for my mom and it was wonderful. Two years later we didn’t know that there had been a change and had Gentiva thinking we would be getting similar care. WRONG!! It was a horrible experience! The nurse didn’t interact with the few of us here and only spoke when we asked him something. The man doing the bath came in Street clothes and none to clean. He arrived and asked us to get him soap, towel, etc. Very different than our wonderful hospice that supported my mom.
