I am SO disappointed in this hospice agency. The nurses have ZERO compassion for their patients or their families. They stay about 5-10 minutes, more closely 5 minutes. They offer no feedback or advice, when you ask, they are rude and condescending. The “executive director” at the Searcy office is not approachable. When trying to talk to her about how sad I am about my father dying, she hung up on me and when I called right back, she had told the receptionist to tell me that she was in a meeting. Unbelievable! Wonderful people all the way around. A signed card was sent after my grandmother passed. So glad my family could count on gentiva!

Incompetence is the only thing they are good at doing consistently. My child is more helpful than these trained adults. They are ruining the last days I have with my dad

Thank you to the staff of Gentiva Hospice for caring for my friend Pamela Ussery of Morrilton. The nurses were friendly, informative, caring, and compassionate. Caring for Pam was my first hospice experience. They calmed my fears and anxieties, educated me on the preconceived notions I had about hospice, what it was, how it worked, and what the dying experiencing would be like.
