We were so pleased with the dedication and compassionate care our Mom received from this agency in her final weeks. A special shout-out to Denise, RN, who certainly “clicked” with Mom during her visits. All the staff we encountered were very professional and understanding. They not only cared for Mom, but also focused on the needs of our family. Kudos! I’d give 100 ✨ stars if that were possible! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Something seems off with how RN is scheduled to visit and all of a sudden social worker and Dr will be joining them. The huge push to end hospice seems to be the focus. Where is the patient focus care???

What an amazing group of individuals that work for this agency. Words cannot express how grateful my family and I are for all the care that they provided my husband in his final months. Abby, the RN caring for my spouse went above and beyond in preparing us for his transition to dying. Kate, the social worker was always there for support. Rachel the CNA, was kind and so helpful. My family and I are so grateful for these individuals and all the others associated with this agency, who provided loving care to my spouse.

I have worked with many hospice providers. However, Gentiva in particular never can tell us what time of day a nurse or CNA would be coming by. This makes it extremely difficult to plan care or other appointments. The communication is terrible. No one calls to let you know that a nurse or CNA will not be showing up at all the day you are expecting them. I do not recommend this company.
