The CNTs were wonderful...but thats all! I never have been so heartbroken over the lack of compassion and initiative. My mother suffered horribly at the hands of nursing with no prior experience of geriatric care. I had prior experience in this line of work. So disappointing and heartbreaking for me as we had a long goodbye to my mother. I would #NEVER recommend this company to anyone I knew..not even for their pet.
