We had so many issues with them. They were not there for our mother in her final hours. Did not send the death certificate in. Would not have a manger call us back for days. Made our mothers passing much more stressful.
I cant say enough great things about Gentiva! I have had the opportunity to work with the Little Rock office for the past 3 years. When a family member needed hospice, there was not a question on who I was calling. Randi Smith jumped right on it and contacted the Bryant office while getting everything set up for us on Christmas Eve. She has called multiple times to check in on me and my family. We had a truly wonderful experience with this hospice agency. From the very beginning, everyone made us feel so comfortable and supported during a very difficult time. Whenever we had a concern, it was addressed quickly and with compassion. The team was incredibly responsive—they always came when we called and kept us informed if there was ever a delay.
