All of the nurses and aides have been amazing. We saw Shelby and Ugo more than anyone else. We Love them,so compassionate and caring. The other nurses we saw were fantastic. Thank you for making this difficult time so much easier.❤️❤️❤️
Im currently a patient, and I give a five star due to the exceptional level of service. I am a home hospice and Brett (my primary nurse) to Charissa (my primary CNA provide a level of service that can't be exceeded.😶

Our experience with Gentiva palliative care for our mother was a very professional and yet compassionate group of staff members. We were always notified of changes in schedule in a timely manner. Your staff was with us right up to the very end and the dignity shown after our mothers passing could not have been more honorable to her and the family. Would not recommend at all especially if your family member isn’t about to pass soon. There bathers are terrible, there is no set schedule for anything or if there is they do not make the client aware of the schedule times . Nurses do not take family seriously they just say oh bless there heart and then don’t show, just continue to call medicine in.
