Gentiva was truly amazing during my grandmother’s hospice care. The support and compassion they provide you during this time is so important and their team is second to none. Stephanie, our primary nurse made everything so much easier for me to handle and patiently walked me thru it all. When Ma fell, Courtney got there so fast and was amazing with her care. My Mother was on Hospice care (cancer) for a couple of years through Hospice Plus. Her nurse was Melissa Carroll. Best nurse she could have ever had!! Wonderful caring nurse that went above and beyond her duties to make sure my Mother and my sister and I (her caretakers) were satisfied with her care. Melissa and the others -Chaplain, Aides, office, company-you all deserve lots of recognition for all you do! Forever grateful, Swann family (Now company name Gentiva)

My Papa was on service with Gentiva. And he received amazing care and they even helped get him into a facility when family was no longer able to help him at home. We loved each and every member of their team and I will forever be grateful to have had such amazing help during a very difficult time.
