I happened to cross paths with RN Nika from Gentiva who took care of hospice patient for over a year, and the amount of love, care and warm hugs blew me away. She was the most approachable nurse, who went above and beyond and made long-lasting meaningful connections with family members. As someone who works in tandem with hospice staff all over Unites States, I know how unique it is to meet a person who revives hope in humanity. Geniva - thank you for your amazing staff!

The staff with Gentiva are so wonderful and easy to communicate with. They go above and beyond for all of their patients and their loved ones. They offer compassionate and respectful care, take the time to explain each step of the hospice process, and are truly passionate about the work that they do!

As a pastor for over thirty years who’s worked hand-in-hand with hospice teams, I’ve never seen a more caring, compassionate, or dedicated crew than Gentiva Hospice in Carroll, Iowa—if they were a restaurant, they’d deserve a Michelin star. Kelley Mead leads an outstanding team that went above and beyond caring for my mother-in-law for a full year, where she felt truly loved like a sister by her caregivers, making all the difference in her final days.

Gentiva Hospice of Carroll, Iowa provided exceptional care for my mom during a very difficult time.
